My father went for an appointment for a serious condition. He was given a referral to Walton over a month ago. They haven’t gotten back to him for the last 6 weeks. When he rang the doctors they said the hospital has yet to respond and he would need to chase them. When he called the the hospital they confirmed they responded on the 12th Sept and are waiting for the doctors to contact them. My father is coping with his own medical issues that are being ignored while caring for my mother who’s has cancer. You are an absolute disgrace, your service is absolutely disgusting and you should be investigated for a massive lack of care about f duty for your patients. I will be putting in a formal complaint about this surgery

I waited months for treatment following a fall at work in September last year. In February I reported them to CQC for not delivering care. Now I have a knee injury and I am in pain walking. I have used e-consult over a week now and still waiting. In fact on Friday it will be two weeks without contact. I have called and emailed with no response then when I finally get through they are closed for staff training I encourage those that are not getting treatment and suffering to complain and report the practice. I think it needs a staff injection and the staff that work on reception need to brush up on their people skills and GDPR awareness. A patient should not feel intimidated and bullied by a receptionist. In my line of work you would be dismissed for such conduct. Rant over, please sort it out or hand over the reins

I had an appointment for 3 30. I checked in on the screen, the screen accepted me and it said please take a seat which I did. Anyway 45minutes later I was still sat there and everyone else was going in before me so I went to the receptionist and she kindly informed me that the check in hadn't worked, yet it did as it informed me to take a seat. The receptionist offered me another appointment for 4.45 which I had to decline as I had family commitments. This is unacceptable as I will have to go through the stress tomorrow to get another appointment and I may not be able to have an appointment as they are usually all taken by 8.05am. I would be most grateful if you could contact me regarding this and even more grateful if you would remove those very unreliable screens. Thank you
