I have been trying to get through to dinnas lane since 8 this morning, eventually got through at 9.20 to be told there is only 1 appointment left, disgusting!!! I enquired why it’s been so difficult, to be told, “we have 10 thousand patients, it’s always busy”, why take so many patients on their books if they can’t handle it, I can see myself that the system they are using is not working why can’t they! my son has been complaining of swollen glands for three weeks, he is still working, he has been waiting on a referral from dinnas lane on the 19th to Davis chemist to call him and received nothing still waiting, since when did the pharmacist become a qualified gp able to diagnose the underlying medical problem he’s having? I have read most of the comments from other surgeries and concluded that they are all the same, stop blaming covid, everyone else has had to go back to work full time!!!! Why are they so different.

I have been with Dinas Lane medical centre for many years. I recently had some blood tests and received a txt message to call the surgery and make an appointment to discuss the results. I was number 10 in the cue and eventually got through after 3/4 of an hour. The receptionist told me I had to call back in the morning at 8am. I explained I work on a busy ward in a hospital and couldn’t do this as we have no connection due to the machines we use in our theatres. The receptionist told me there was nothing she could do. I am at a loss as to how I am supposed to get an appointment. The drs when you can actually get an appointment are fantastic.

Awful no help given after using on line service was told doctor would ring he never I had no missed calls just sent a text at 6.30 pm closing time to say I can contact them again I have waited three days to talk to a doctor they couldn't even be bothered to even do me a prescription to pick up
