I requested repeat medication last thursday. I went to collect on Monday and was told it would be ready later that day. I couldn't return that day so I went today to be told it hasn't been signed by the doctor!! I have totally run out of meds and as I ordered them 6 days ago I'm disgusted.

This practise is the worst in Merseyside, I ordered a prescription on the day of an appointment and was told it would be ready within 3 days. I came back in 5 days and was told there was a back log and I would need to return, I returned a week later at this point my medication had run out and I was told no prescription request had been made. I spoke to a woman on reception who was less then helpful. I was told I can’t have my medication without prior seeing a dr which now means I have to take time out of work and attend an appointment next week to try and get my medication. I know have to go a week without my medication and living in total agony because of the negligence of the staff. I have told the receptionist I really struggle without my medication but she wasn’t bothered, she told me to drive faster in order to make my appointment, is that a sick joke? As she could clearly see on my details that I have been involved in a car accident. Would never recommend this practise.

It is impossible to get through and make an appointment. The staff on the telephone are rude and unhelpful. Worst doctors in the area.
