Hello I can say that I am delighted with the continued support from all the Fir Tree reception team who are always cheerful and chatty, happy to help whilst juggling multiple tasks in a very busy practice. I have had the pleasure of attending the surgery for 17 years from Dr Stephen and Christina Sendegya were there then Marcus their son. To the now Dr Primuk through very difficult times and not just Covid the team are there along with other medical and nursing staff. I just wished to say thank you to old and new staff, nurses, pharmacist and doctors. | |||||||

Rude receptionist, tell you its your fault if sometimes wrong, can take up to a week to get an appointment, very rarely follow anything up, even when one of their patients spend weeks in hospital, would move if I could | |||||||

Rules are one can only phone book an appointment at 08:10???? What about people who work and do not have the luxury of joining a possible 1 hour plus bottleneck of incoming calls at that time……just a constant engaged tone. The receptionists are EXTREMELY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL exhibiting an “I really can’t be bothered attitude”…..They would not last 2 minutes in the private sector. This surgery is an absolute waste of space and I will never recommend it to anyone that takes theirs or their families well-being seriously. What they and the GP’s do for their wage is an absolute mystery as getting an appointment to see a GP is a task for the IMF (Impossible Mission Force…..Yes, MISSION IMPOSSIBLE) | |||||||
