After looking on the internet for the telephone number I seen the reviews. It would appear that people only seam to be leaving negative comments. This has been my doctors since it opened and have never once had a problem. My children 7 10 have also been here since birth and to be honest I wouldn’t want them to go anywhere else. The doctor is excellent with them and always goes above and beyond what is expected of him. It is also the same doctor unlike others I have heard about. All the staff are always polite and professional. Keep up the good work.

After waiting for an age to get an appointment for my 12yr old daughter she was treated terribly the Dr didn't speak to her to ask if he could examine her treated her very rough and didn't like it when I made a remark. I believe this Dr should of retired some time ago and to get an appointment with another GP in the evening is impossible as he is the only one there. One of the receptionists is lovely the others must think they work in a prison and have exceptional medical knowledge the patient service skills leave a lot to be desired.. I have thought long and hard about leaving a review but after the past couple of days of trying to see another GP in the evening I have had enough. Time to register elsewhere.

I am disappointed to receive this comment in this manner on NHS Choices and it is not possible to provide a full response on account of patient confidentiality. I remember your telephone call to the surgery on 5th March asking for an appointment with a specific doctor at a specific time. I explained to you that an appointment with that particular doctor at that time was not available that day. As I was trying to address your need to see if I could book you for a telephone consultation, you made a derogatory comment “when I said I beg your pardon” you immediately disconnected the phone. We are constantly monitoring our appointment system to meet the needs of our patients. Due to large number of patients not attending for pre-booked appointments, for this reason the practice keeps more appointments to book on the day only and our recent feedback from our patients shows they were happy with the current system. You attended the surgery last November with your daughter, when she was examined, investigated and referred to the hospital in a professional way and it is reassuring to note from the hospital letter that they have not found any serious cause for her symptoms. We are a long standing established family practice of dedicated experienced doctors, sessional GP’s, nurses, reception and administrative staff who all strive to work efficiently and effectively and your daughter was treated in that way. You mentioned our reception staff service skills leave a lot to be desired. I would like to inform you that all reception staff are fully trained and training is regularly updated. Our practice feels such comments about our doctors and staffs are inappropriate. Your comment says it is time to register elsewhere. As you are still showing active on our system, if you wish to discuss anything further please contact our surgery. Practice Manager
