Appointment made for child with possible safeguarding concern. Surgery phoned the other parent. Twice! On separate occasions after being asked not to phone other parent. Terrible patient confidentiality practice in place and seemingly non existent safeguarding practice in place either. Avoid this surgery.

Put a request in for anxiety tablets, which I had none left ,my fault , put in as a emergency for next day, when I rang the reception called Kelly told me they were refused by the doctor and not on the list,and the instructions on tablets note said ,do not stop taking the tablets, which I have in the past had as emergency ,but has been taken off the list and Dr Finley refuse ,will have to wait 48 hours, the reception told we don't class depression as emergency, and she would have made sure that she wouldn't have run out of medication,bad attitude, and I am very ill ,on a lot of medication,which I find hard to keep up with, was very upset and stressed out ,felt she didn't care or not understanding. I have diabetes which I am struggling with ,inject 4 times a day ,along with a lot of medication.its terrible and down right rude the way they talk to their patients, why are they doing the job , when clearly they are not suited and don't care,it's just a job to them.
