Phoned at 8am told the receptionist 3 different reasons it is up to them to book how long my appointment should be I was offered a face to face appointment My appointment was 15 minutes late which I understand the receptionist were lovely pleasent The doctor was very uncaring it was a meds review told me I shouldn't be on naproxen as they cause heart attacks then why ever prescribe them I asked about my blood results he said I should book with the nurse I think produced a water sample he told me he couldn't use more than 10 minutes even thou I had booked all this in for my appointment he could clearly see my sample looked like a water infection he said just this once and gave me very strong antibiotics I certainly never want to see this rude doctor again no eye contact I have been in this surgery all my life 66 years and my 4 grown up children and grandchildren it was so different with Dr Roberts and Dr buses

I had numb knees and shooting pains to my feet. I called to ask for a doctors appointment but was told phone back on Monday. Only that I was given medication by a friend to lower my blood pressure of 210/ 100 I probably wouldn’t be here. I’d ran out of ramapril and I’ve been refused doctors on every occasion so I’m going to sue this surgery before I die. My legal suit against the bousfield practice will start next week

Please if you ever do get through the doors of this surgery take a photo of the waiting area ....can never see a doctor face to face as they say all appointments have gone ..but waiting room always empty when ever I have popped in to the surgery
