Had seen the doctor and was told I need to book another appointment. I informed the receptionist I need to make another appointment only to be told I need to call to make one. What I cant fathom is why is that the case when i,m at reception already. Found the expierence very disparaging. No explanation. |

This is the best surgery in Liverpool. The staff are lovely and dead helpful. I’ve just got that online appointments and prescriptions ordering off them and it is brilliant. The chemist can’t order my prescription no more so the girl said to get this to save me going to the doctors for my repeat prescription and it is amazing so everyone needs to do it. The girls tell you how to as well. One Dr is always lovely when I go in to her. All this negativity around the nhs that we read. We would be lost without them. I am also pleased to see positive feedback regarding the patient online access. This is a brilliant tool for patients if they have internet access and saves people time on the telephone trying to book appointments and also saves coming to the surgery to put repeat prescription requests in. We have been trying to encourage patients to use this for a long time now but I think the recent changes to Direct Patient Ordering for prescriptions has increased the interest in the use of online access.
