Spoke to doctor on phone for 5mins over symptoms, asked to send photos over, as usual, and told to book blood appointment on line, and also pick up blood form from surgery. Had bloods done, wait 3 or 4 days, phone up surgery, told by receptionist that bloods are alright. Asked receptionist could she ask doctor involved to call me to discuss the next step, in some treatment to ease my symptoms, the next day got text off the doctor saying what the receptionist told me. You can’t text back, so got onto the e-consult the next day, for another consult to discuss my symptoms probably with a different doctor, which as happened before My complaint is, no face to face, no continuity with the doctor who knows your history, no follow up.not too pleased with the time consuming e-consult system. | |||||||

We are going through several family crisis at the moment and my husband became ill
I asked for a doctors phone call as he was unable to visit the surgery.
Dr Scott from Mather Ave surgery did one better and paid a visit. He was reassuring without making me feel like I was wasting his time. He helped relieve me of one of my worries , a lovely man. | |||||||

No empathy or caring at all from reception. Impossible to get a hold of a Dr. It’s gone down hill fast. Not impressed. | |||||||
