We have always been very happy with the efficiency and kind professionalism shown to us by everyone at this practice. Nothing is too much trouble for the ladies in reception even when they are extremely busy. Although we try to keep our appointments to a minimum the doctors and nurses have always exceeded our expectations. We would have no reservations in recommending this practice.

How on earth is this practice still open?? The staff are rude and are quite happy to discuss medical issues loudly at the front desk for all to hear. The bell on the desk is mostly ignored although you can hear staff discussing thier previous evening out. Extremely unhelpful staff who seem absolutely incapable of organising anything and all with a grumpy face!! Three times of asking for medications and despite making the request face to face and discussing the issues regarding medications they still get it wrong.... Maybe they weren't actually listening and were still thinking about what they had for tea last night. Your made to feel like an inconvenience not a valued member of the practice. Disgraceful!

It would have been helpful if you would have contacted me to discuss the nature of your request and I could have looked into the problem for you. I have a daughter who needs a lot of medications and this never changed for nearly 12 years. Recently we've had so many problems with ordering her medications. I wrote simple request on the 30th of July and explained that we will be away for whole August therefore she needs her medications ready by Friday and included that her repeat prescription is missing one of her medication which should be on repeat anyway! I have been ensured by the staff that it will be done by Friday. Guess what today is Friday and they did not even read my note or took any actions towards it. What is practice managers job,??? I work for NHS and I know the struggle we have but this is just unacceptable. I am utterly disappointed.
