Not helping me at all thay never understand you at all thay never ring you back wen thay say that put the blame on you wen you right all I can say is thay are never rong thay are just a wast of time staff are rude wen you ring thay put the phone down on you wen you right and thay don't like the truth |

Scary receptionists with an I really don't care attitude. Make fake appointments Dr's never call. Follow procedure appointments never made. Dr's tell you there's no medical support out here so you need to find a way to cope with health conditions on your own. That's if any Dr actually keeps an zmooi tjebt which is rare to never. Receptionists never do what they promise svd they can't keep track of repeat prescriptions and get dates wrong even more seriously dosages. They offer no explanation to medication that is delivered that is new gas been changed etc and this not discussed with any Dr with the patient so there is high risk of accidental overdose. Receptionists are niceish most of the time but if you point out an error they will make sure you pay I think some reviews are invented and written by staff to counter act their bad treatment of patients, they are to good to be true and I've not heard anyone gjve them a glowing review maybe average to poor. I would definitely avoid the Dr's and receptionists of you want to live into old age. Giving receptionistsire power than a g. p to change or control a person's medication without any medical expertise or monitoring is very dangerous asy frequent bouts on hospital have proved they should not be allowed to control medication as a doctor would. Have no care or empathy toward suffering and are extremely neglectful but make it apparent they just couldn't care less. |

Very unpleasant and negligent surgery. The receptionists are very rude a lot of the time. Sometimes they have been aggressive. They have a particularly uncaring and stand offish attitude a lot of the time. They also make a considerable pint of medical errors on dosages and dates of repeat prescriptions leaving me without medication for serious health conditions on a regular basis. Although the chemist back me up often they still refuse to consider they make mistakes and refuse to let me havey medication. I have had to do without for up to a month and ended up regularly on A and E for serious withdrawal as medication is stopped overnight by receptionists who are not lexical experts sbd should not be prt'itred to hold someone's life in their hands but they think they can. Their attitude is they refuse to discuss any possible errors and refuse to allow medication leaving me hospitalised many times and also on one occasion I had to be resuscitated on the ambulance on route to A and E. They are aware of what's happening to me but have expressed very little or no remorse fur what they are pitying 'e through and continue to force me to cope without medication a x just don't give it a devjbf thought. I would seriously avoid this surgery if I was looking fir one as the GPS are almost as bad. Horrible surgery very very medically uncaring, negligent and rarely nice receptionists. |
