Can never get through and when you do all appointments have gone how can this be right when the phone never gets off the engaged tone don't know what my doctor looks like anymore I ain't been able to get an appointment with him in 3 years its an absolute jock if I was the government I would stop them getting paid until they see their patients how they are supposed to the hospitals are back to normal so why can't they | |||||||

Can never get through by Phone . I wanted a repeat prescription for some urgent mental health meds following a relatives release from the phychiatric hospital.. Absolute joke as cant get through - cant get the required meds - another crisis in the making - another traumatic section coming as no meds - thanks very much | |||||||

I was given an 9.30 appointment only to end up waiting half an hour before I had to ask them what had happened only to be told your doctor was not in today and I would have to rebook with her, not used any doctors in over ten years with lack of faith in the system, I wonder why. | |||||||
