I have recently joined this practice after moving into the area. Without doubt this is the best GP surgery I have been to. Reception staff are pleasant and polite, have a always been able to get an appointment and above all the GP I have seen has been wonderful.

Me and my wife had had separate appointments booked and cancelled in the last week. The surgery is asking us to call and rebook, however, the line is always engaged. If you cancel the appointments you should call us to rearrange. It is extremely poor service from an already very poor doctors surgery. It is very difficult to get through on the phones, when I have booked appointments through an online system they are always over an hour late. We are looking to move surgery as soon as we can as this surgery seems to have so many issues.

I joined the Manor House Lane Surgery in 2014 because I was not impressed with the service and care that I was receiving and they were also generating income from their premium rate telephone number which was unethical in my opinion. However, since joining Manor House Lane Surgery, I can not fault any aspect of their service or care. The reception staff are always friendly and approachable. They treat you with respect and do their utmost to get you an appointment with the relevant practitioner. The Practioner's are also very friendly and empathetic; combined with the expert knowledge that ensures that you receive the right care and treatment. In these times of shrinking NHS resources, it is reassuring to know that Manor House Lane Surgery puts their patients at the heart of everything they do.

Thank you very much for sharing your, very positive, experience of your move to Manor House Lane Surgery with us. It is reassuring to read that you are seemingly very happy with the service you have received. This is what we strive to achieve for all our patients. I have passed on your comments to all of our staff and I am sure they will very much appreciate that their efforts have been noted in such a kind way. Sue Phipps Assistant Practice Manager
