Absolutely outrageous was told to buy the drugs I needed at the chemist by the Doctors receptionist only to be told by the chemist that you can only get the drugs I needed on prescription only what a joke.

Can never get through on the phone. I am currently waiting yet again trying to get through and I am caller number 17 in the queue after 10 minutes waiting. I know I won’t be able to get an appointment when I would like one as there are never any available. My husband has made 2 appointments recently only for the surgery to deny he had arranged them .. despite the fact he showed them their text. The doctors are always very good, as are the nurses but since you never get to see one these days, it’s irrelevant.
