Very helpful, always accommodating. Excellent doctors. Never had any concerns. The fact they take time with each patient indicate they care and do a thorough job!

I have been a patient at the practice for a very long time and I am not impressed by how long the patients need to wait in the waiting room before they are seen by the GP. On numerous occasions, the Doctors have made me wait more than 40 minutes past my appointment time and sometimes over an hour before I am seen and I have noticed vulnerable and elderly people fall asleep whilst waiting - this is not acceptable. When the Doctors finally arrive at the practice and are ready to see patients, the appointments are rushed. I do not have faith in the practice complaint procedure as patients have complained and still nothing has been done to address this issue. I would highly recommend a patient survey is conducted to seek views from patients on their experiences of how long they have waited to be seen and did they feel that their appointment with the Doctor was rushed.

2 years ago I had GBS Guillain Barre Syndrome and Miller Fisher Syndrome but I didnt know it at the time. My legs were tingly and ai cudnt walk properly and ai kept going to hospital for 2 weeks telling them that there is something wrong. They wouldnt listen. Then I lost all feeling in my legs, body and arms. My mum phoned a doctor and told him what was happening to me. The doctor did an urgent home visit and sent me to hospital straight away. That night at the hospital my heart stopped but they brought me back. If this doctor hadnt have made an urgent home visit and urgently sent me to hospital it could have ended really badly for me. This doctor still checks up with me after 2 years to see how im recovering from that traumatic year. This doctor is the best doctor you can have and he really cares for his patients well being.
