I have been registered with the practice for over 20 years, I have never had any issues with the care I have received historically, however, since it has been taken over by the Sutton Coldfield Group practice the level of holistic care, professionalism and general management of the practice has exceeded all expectations. The receptionist are very personable and always endeavour to try and make an appointment at a time suitable to meet your needs. If they have been unable to deal with my query straight away they always ring back when they say they will. My experience of care by the Doctors is outstanding. It is wonderful to have the opportunity to see a female Doctor, I have always felt that all of my concerns are listened to, valued and I have never felt rushed. The Doctor’s communication has always been empathetic and clear and if required, any needs are actioned upon quickly and appropriately. It is reassuring that despite the challenges within our NHS that outstanding care is available. | |||||||

The staff at this practice (mainly the receptionists) are very rude and unhelpful. I’ve waited over an hour and a half on the phone to book an appointment as the answering times are extremely bad. The main issue is the way you a treated by the members of staff, my mother was left very upset with how she was spoken to and because of this feels forced to have to change her GP. | |||||||

All the Doctors are lovely. They always listen to what you have to say. They are respectful pleasant and certainly know their job. It feels like a team effort when decisions are made and/or treatment is given. I would highly recommend this surgery. My mother is the patient but I will hopefully be joining them if accepted as I have moved in the area | |||||||
