I used to love this surgery and the Dr there. Lately it difficult to get appointments when you really need one and when you do go the Dr can be quite dismissive and doesn't give you chance to express your concern properly. The drs room door is very heavy and can be a struggles for ill and frail people. No one has the courtesy of opening the door for you. Patient confidentiality is zero! With the extremely thin walls you constantly sit in the waiting room listening to office staff and reception having indepth conversations regarding patients medical needs and often hear them making fun of patients. This surgery is NOT what it used to be. | |||||||

I have been a patient at this surgery for almost 3 years now. They treat everyone as an individual and go out of their way to ensure you get the assistance you need. The reception staff here do an absolutely amazing job and are the best I have ever come across, I used to visit Surgeries in 5 counties for a living so I can say that confidently having been in literally hundreds of places. As surgeries go it is quite traditional but I think that is the reason it works so well, none of the 'computer says no' stuff you get in larger places. I have always found the doctor to be attentive and thorough. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new practice. | |||||||
