Absolutely disgusted with the service I have received at this place. Receptionist need to be sacked as they are not doing their job correctly; talking bad about patients, lying about booking appointments, not reading medical records correctly, issuing/sending out wrong medications and generally being rude to visitors. I have contacted the board about this surgery as I think it’s poorly run and should be closed down and re-opened under new management and staff members who would actually care and do their job correctly. Seems I am not the only one who is upset (please read their reviews on Google) until those issues have not been rectified I will not visit.

Reception very very rude (RABIA ) LIE ABOUT APPOINTMENT AND NOT GIVE ON TIME MEDICINE PRESCRIPTION FOR PHARMACY ..... NOT HAPPY WITH THIS RECEPTION !!! TERRIBLE RUDE ATTITUDE NOT GOOD MANNERS

The mental health service provided by this surgery is none existent. There is two drs who can talk to mental health patients however they are hardly in the practice no more. The other drs inc receptionist staff have no clue how to talk and help mental health patients when told ‘your crazy you need help’ that’s not something that should be said to anyone let alone a person who’s on the edge of it. Trying to get appointments with a dr is worse then ever and covid can not be used no more! Because it’s three years now every other setting see patients apart from drs. I understand they have to triage people however when the triage staff are going against the set plan the dr made and changing all meds is completely wrong as they are not drs and should not be doing that! Talking to diff triage staff about your health issues is hard work considering the issues are not new they are long standing health issues and you are not allowed to mention more then one thing even though they are contacted by not been able to do this I was given a tablet that had an ingredient I was allergic to and ended up in hos they don’t read notes they don’t care. Dr alvi passing was a sad time and worse for this patients as his daughter and son in law don’t care. His Legacy has been tarnished This surgery need to sort themselves out before there actions kill someone
