I was surprised that the doctor I was directed for the first time his room was smelling as if someone had just had smoke. I narrated my problem to the doctor and he was quite attentive but I am not sure if he was capable of making the right diagnosis of my symptoms. He did prescribe some medicines but I am not confident if he understood my ailment | |||||||

Reading other reviews i agree this surgery is disorganised.... staff blame each other for not doing their job. Always a new reception member of staff whenever i go in there. Afternoon telephone closure is unacceptable....and apparently they close every thursday afternoon for training. If thats the case then why the below standard of service. The higher ups need to press the reset button. | |||||||

Excellent service from receptionist (blonde girl), I've seen her three times, fast, efficient and pleasant. Prescription always on time also,. I'm very happy with overall service. | |||||||
