Awful reception staff. After waiting three weeks for a telephone appointment my doctor forgot to call on date arranged. When I complained to receptionist staff I was told that I could always go and find another surgery! So rude! But that’s exactly what I did! |

Contacted the surgery earlier today and was given a doctor's appointment that would be via a telephone call. I was told to expect a call anytime between 14:00 and 18:00 hours. Annoyingly I didn't receive a call! This isn't the first time this as happened to me. The forty minutes I spent trying to book the appointment in the first place was again a complete waste of time. I literally dread calling the surgery because it is so time consuming and even when you do eventually get through and book an appointment the doctors don't bother calling you back! So frustrating!! |

Twice I have resorted to going to see the doctors after being unable to get an appointment. being number 14 in the queue on the phone and after having waited over 20 minutes and still number 12 in the queue. Having arrived there only to find that although I was told on the phone there were no appointments left there were no patients waiting to see a doctor. I thought the government said that doctors were now seeing patients. Obviously not at Springhill |
