We highly recommend this practice! From the caring and helpful reception staff who deal with any queries in a calm and efficient manner to the nurses and doctors who have been excellent in their diagnosis and follow up referrals and treatment with warmth and compassion.

My family and I have attended this surgery for over 20 years and have always found the doctors and all staff to be helpful, caring and friendly. My son has to take a lot of medication for his condition and the staff and doctors are always willing to support his specialist team in this respect. The reception staff are particularly kind and friendly and always do their best to help and sort things out. There can be an occasional problem in getting an appointment on the day but most of the time we have been offered an appointment Full marks to the whole team, I think we are lucky to have this practice in our area.

Totally agree with the other review. It isn't until you have experienced another surgery that you fully appreciate how good Dordon Surgery is. Ring Dordon after 8am and you will always get an appointment the same day. I still can't understand why people in other parts of the country find it so hard to get a doctors appointment.
