When they receive a letter from the hospital with new medication they want to start you on with details of dosage and they say they won't issue a prescription or put it on the system until the hospital have issued a prescription first. Why when they've got all the details do they need the hospital to issue a prescription? Meanwhile they're letting the person who needs the medication suffer needlessly
