I’ve been trying to see when my ct scan is I haven been given a number by your receptionist 01782 679285 I have spoken to a love guy at the hospital he can see when I broken my elbow and my last but results but nothing for my scan that you have told me that I need he said that you need to Send on a net account that this is the new way to do this This is Beyond a joke I’m getting passed from pillar to post. Please can someone call and get the reason why they cannot see what you are sending

If you are looking for a great Dr's surgery with friendly staff and available appointments then this is not the surgery for you. I have been a patient at this surgery for many years and have found in the last 2 years that the reception staff are very rude and unfriendly. I have tried booking many appointments only to be told we have no available appointments For the next two weeks and nothing on the system for after that so come back in a weeks time and try again, or you will be told the lady that updates the appointments system is on holiday so come back in a week or two and try again. The actual DR's are ok and some are really helpful but the admin staff really let the place down.

Thank you for leaving your comments - we are sorry that you feel our service has not met your expectations. We, like many other practices locally are struggling to provide enough appointments for our patients - this is due to a number of factors. Primarily lack of GP's and secondly patient demand which has risen substantially over recent years. Even when appointments are released on our system they are booked very quickly. If any patient has a more urgent need , we do have a triage service which operates each weekday morning, this enables us to allocate appointments on the day or to provide advice or referral to another service. Unfortunately as this comment was left anonymously we cannot comment on any specific issues, however if necessary our Practice Manager can be contacted at Orchard Surgery on 01782 534241.

I have visited Orchard Surgery several times with my mother who has recently had heart surgery. The reception staff are always pleasant and courteous. The GP my mum sees regularly is excellent and always treats mum with dignity and respect. We are always included in any decisions and feel that mum receives an excellent standard of care
