we recently moved to the area and have now been with surgery for 1 year - and I can't believe how wonderful the team and the place is. I was with my previous doctors for almost 35 years and the service was appalling, I now realise. Alrewas Surgery is immaculately clean and up to date notices, which is a first for me. The best bit is how helpful the surgery staff are and how they go the extra mile to accommodate me, knowing I work away from home most of the week. Every doctor I have met has been caring, considered and endeavoured to find the best solution for you as a patient, without rushing. I couldn't recommend them enough. It has been a revelation!

My parents are both in their late 80's and have a number of chronic illness's. This morning they had a review, by a GP at this practice, as part of a initiative to support the elderly, who are frail, with their health care needs and to prempt additional problems. This is another example of the amazing service we have received this year. All the GP's, community and practice nursing team and support staff have been incredible during this difficult year with my parents health, particularly my mother, who had a fall. Getting an appointment, support in the home and informed advice from the practice team has always been there. My personal experience of GP surgeries has not always been complimentary but this surgery is amongst the best.
