The pleasant manner of the nurses and doctors unfortunately does not make up for how unpleasant and downright rude the reception and administrative staff are. If I had the luxury of changing my surgery then I would, but unfortunately this is the only one near enough for me to get to. Absolutely appalling.

I’m a lifetime member of the practice, and I would never dream of going anywhere else. All of the Drs and Nurses are patient, caring and take time to listen to any problems or concerns, and do their best to help whatever ailment I may have. From routine appointments to minor surgery - the team at Trent Vale Medical practice are truly the best. A special thank you to my doctor and nurse - you’ve gone above and beyond for me more than once and I truly appreciate it.

My husband and I have been at this surgery for about 33 years. I've always found the receptionists to be polite and very helpful. Theyve always found an appointment for us on the same day. The doctors are always willing to listen and never rush through an appointment. We would never move surgeries and always recommend it to other people. A big thank you to all at the surgery.
