Unfortunately I have gone from being relatively impressed with this practice to truly unhappy. I thought our GP services were here to serve their patients, the taxpayers who fund them??? Made an appointment to explore mild chest pains with a medical professional (a doctor) only to be told by the receptionist that I should call an ambulance! As if A and E services weren't stretched enough! When I dug in my heels and finally got to talk to a medically qualified doctor, we agreed my symptoms could easily be attributable to anxiety. How am I supposed to know? Surely its not unreasonable to want to make a face-to-face appointment with my GP to get a referral if needed??? Also had a referral to the physio services several months ago - still no appointment come through. Have honestly given up. Referred to phlebotomy clinic for blood test but had to book appointment myself. Recorded voice announced I was '22nd in the queue' so i just rang off. End of that. I work full time for christ's sake? Very, very poor service. Can I have a tax refund please?
