I really can’t speak highly enough of this practice. The professionals here deal with patients with dignity and respect. As a family we have been through some difficult times but the GPs and reception staff have afforded us time and specialist care. In particular, I have found one lady to be an absolute gem. Nothing is too much trouble and she has gone over and above what could be reasonably expected. Many thanks for this! One doctor has given amazing care to my son; this under very difficult circumstances. He has built a rapport with him that has been truely cathartic and has fascilitated a treatment regime that is potent and invaluable. My own GP has been fantastic,has made time for me and has proved to be a great professional who has dealt with my health issues in an understanding an compassionate manner. I think it’s important to enjoy a relationship of mutual respect and that we must remember that staff also have feelings and should be spoken to in an appropriate manner. The vast majority of people do this but, on rare occasions, I have witnessed patients being rude and aggressive with reception staff. This is totally unacceptable and shouldn’t be tolerated. As stated, I feel that the team at Shawbirch provide an invaluable service to the comunity and I appreciate the support and treatment they offer.
