Attempted to get an emergency appointment, not good when in severe pain and being 27th in the queue, when finally got through, to be told no appointments available, all she said was “if in that much pain, take a couple of paracetamol or call 111” Following day I’m being blue lighted into hospital with pneumonia, possible kidney infection and critical dehydration due to the pneumonia. This practice really needs to take control of their systems and realise patients come first, we’re not just an inconvenience to receptionists. Haven’t ever managed to get through and see any doctors there, can’t get past the guards! | |||||||
