I have recently experienced great difficulty in obtaining my HRT prescription ,because the alternative medication I had been prescribed was out of stock . I phoned to explain this to the receptionist who arranged for a nurse practitioner to return my call . I received a phone call within the given time slot and I was issued a replacement prescription instantly. The nurse practitioner also booked a minor op appointment for me that I had tried to book previously but was unable to do so without another consultation with a Dr , which I didn’t require. I am very grateful for the excellent service I received .

I would like to give my thanks to the staff at the surgery for the excellent service I have received today. I am not a regular user of the surgery and telephoned them yesterday using the new 'Care Navigation' system which was quick and easy to use. I was given a telephone appointment slot for today and as I write this at 3pm I have received - a phone call from the practice, a phone call from the Doctor , an ECG test, a examination during an appointment with the doctor, a referral to Kidderminster Hospital, a new prescription, a blood test with the nurse, an assurance from the doctor of a phone call today should anything be of concern in the results. I made two visits to the surgery today and was greeted by the young man on reception who was doing an excellent job. Whilst I sat in the waiting room I witnessed him deal with a long queue of patients whilst answering the phone and directing paramedics to a patient in another room. He was calm and collected and gave the impression he was an experienced member of staff. I was surprised to learn that he is an apprentice, he is an absolute credit and I hope that is able to gain a permanent position with the surgery at the end of his apprenticeship. All the staff were reassuring and efficient, I cannot praise the service enough and I am very grateful for the help I have received over the years. I know that there have been negative comments made about the surgery and I feel that it is high time you received some positive comments. Please pass my thanks onto all concerned

I attend regularly for INR’s and always receive a cheery greeting and smile. The staff do their best to give me my next appointment at a time to suit me. Recently I had a sudden unexpected chest infection which resulted in a stay in WRH. I cannot praise the practice highly enough for their care and attention both before my hospital admission and subsequently. I really feel confident that I am in safe, caring hands with my doctor and his colleagues.
