There are so many reasons I have felt let down by this surgery. A handful are listed here. I have found Administrative staff very poorly trained in compassion and seem to be able to access far more of my medical data than I am comfortable with. Twice now, receptionists have given me blood test results and given me incorrect information. - How do they even have access to this? Have been very afraid for my health and have to fight to get any examination or tests done despite symptoms lasting 2 years now. Feel unsafe with current covid policy in surgery. Windows closed, staff without masks, no space to distance from others. Hand sanitiser there but only as hygiene theatre. They are also somehow part of the consortium South Worcestershire Healthcare Ltd, a private company. Have tried to seek clarity on this but practice manager not at all forthcoming - said the website of South Worcestershire Healthcare Ltd was not real and demanded I email him a link to which I have had no reply South Worcestershire Healthcare Ltd ignored my FOI request and instead sent me a letter accusing me of threatening behaviour and in turn threatened to withold all of their services. Still no one can tell me what these services are or how this private limited company has so much power over patients much less how it is making a profit as a private company floating around in OUR NHS
