Maybe it is because it is new, I had a real problem signing in and I do not like the new layout, the old system was much easier especially when looking up the most recent test results and checking them against past results, maybe we will get used to it but at the present it is difficult | |||||||

I’ve lived near this surgery for 4 years but only moved to become a patient there 4 months ago. I’m so glad I did. Polite and helpful staff. They are very busy but the service myself and my children have received has been excellent. One example I had a scan at the hospital on the Sunday at 15.00 the surgery rang me at 9.30 the next morning with the results.
I really like the online booking for appointments and repeat prescriptions and test results as well.
In this busy time when so much negativity is heard this surgery deserves its praise!
