Always very good attention, and service from all staff including the receptionists and nursing staff. Marvellous how you can phone for an appointment, and get one usually on the same day. Health MOT’S are an insightful way of keeping you on the right track with your health, which is beneficial.

I am so happy to be a patient here .I have had a first visit today ,being newly registered. When I registered the receptionist said I would love it and I do . It is sooooo good to have a doctor who cares and listens and treats you as a real person ,rather than rushing to get the next one in ! I felt that I really matter as an individual and that tremendously increases your confidence in your treatment.Eye contact was made and time taken by the doctor during the consultation ,from past experiences, a rarity! The rest of the team are pretty good too ,pleasant attentive receptionist and efficent dispensary. I haven,t experienced more team members yet .However I feel the need to say thank you to all for offering me such exceptional service . It is so easy to knock the NHS but when it it well run is cannot be beaten and this practice is the best ! I left today with a great big smile on my face . Thank you all.
