Always good service, from friendly and helpful reception staff to the knowledgeable and helpful doctor to the excellent nurse who made the usual trial of bloods being taken easy and (almost!) painless. I cant fault the service we've had from this surgery over the years.

It's always a struggle to get through on the phone. My last visit took three days to get through on the phone. Then there is the poor quality of service from the doctor's. I was told that I'll have to live with IBS after multiple visits trying to find a solution. I actually ended up taking up the task myself to research into IBS to start finding solutions for myself. After a major diet change and certain supplements daily I managed to completely clear my IBS. That's just the start, I could sit here all evening about my stories with Lyngford. Total shame, it worries me to think how many people are suffering out there purely because their doctor doesn't have the drive to be good at their job.

I cannot fault the drs or staff .we received excellent service today . The ladies on reception were helpful and i was offered an appt for later that day . I only actually needed a quick chat with the gp as it was regarding concerns for my mum . The dr called me as agreed and had been out to visit my mum at home . I felt they all went above and beyond to help my mum and understood my concerns. I cannot thank you enough .thankyou so much .
