Have used North Petherton surgery for around 10years. Within that time the service and treatment has been outstanding. Fantastic and understanding staff, I fully appreciate what you do for me. | |||||||

Gone downhill rapidly. So first off, being told you are not ill enough to talk to or see a doctor. Eventually get a call from a nurse practitioner who has a history of being useless by many patients. To be told come in at 2pm to collect prescription. I travelled 7 miles to find out not been sorted and can I pop back after 4pm. We are open until 6.30 pm. Not happy is understatement. I explained that I had made a special journey on behalf of the patient and that I needed to drive my 84 year old Mum to Taunton for her covid booster at 6.30 pm. Got no response, sorry have to come back after 4.00pm but no guarantee would be done. I normally admire the NHS for what they achieve but they should sort out the one's who mess things up. | |||||||
