I was in dire need of a doctor today , receptionist was helpful and pleasant and got me a midday appt to see the doctor .I was seen on time and helped tremendously and then went to the chemist to be looked after and advised correctly with great customer care.I really can't recommend them enough they work hard and at a high standard

Always been able to get an appointment with the queuing system, it is never too busy and with the pharmacy next door it is very convenient. However, my family and I have all had problems with one doctor in particular. All the others we have seen have been fine but we find the one person to be flippant, rude and not believing of the health issue. The surgery has been very good with our requests to not see this doctor as they aren't extremely busy.
