The receptionists don't communicate with each other or forget to ask a Dr to call you back regarding an issue that has put you in hospital for a week in the past, I was actually waiting over 24 hours and had to ring back and remind them myself! When you do see your own Dr they put you on a medication which they have previously taken you off of as it interacts with another medication that you are taking and you are the one who has to remind them!! If you have the same name as someone else they get you confused, e.g. when I was phoned to be given the results of a heart scan I was told all about a knee problem that I didn't even have, and then it was oh sorry that's the wrong Mr .......!!!! Talk about GDPR! The NP undermines everything a Dr hs told you and spends more time talking about how their family has had it worse than you.Time to move to the medical centre I think. | |||||||
