I'm recovering from my second sciatica attack in twelve months. I took painkillers and rested until the pain subsided. I was already doing some Pilates exercises that had seemed to help, but I then had Covid and the Pilates lapsed for a couple of weeks. Whilst still getting over Covid I hurt my back lifting a wheelchair into the back of the car. My back didn't really recover from that, and then the sciatica returned. What I really needed was a session with a physiotherapist to check me over and fine tune or even radically change what I've been doing. So, I filled in all three sections of the on-line contact form carefully explaining what was wrong, why I was worried (caring for my aged mother) and what I needed (consultation with physio). Within a few minutes an actual doctor sent me a text with the relevant information for me to phone the physio HQ in Bridgie to book treatment in Shepton. Brilliant service, and in this case arguably more effective than phoning the surgery!

I have been with Park Medical three years now after 40 years in London. I have been really impressed. During this time I have had breast cancer, my husband heart problems and a number of smaller issues. Each one has been dealt with efficiently, empathetically and quickly. Very impressed.
