I have had to visit this GP practice recently for both myself and my daughter. The staff have been excellent, from reception to the very thorough nurse practitioner I saw. I am very thankful for the excellent care my family have received. | |||||||

Called for an urgent appointment early this morning. Explained to receptionist details and why.promised a call this morning. No call as promised. Receptionist called me, booked me in for a telephone call for a weeks time. NOT happy really. I called again and said I really needed a call with the GP today if poss. Receptionist said No, next week. I asked to book a urgent appointment. The first available urgent appointment with a GP was 12th of August which I booked. That is unacceptable.Receptionist showed no understanding or compassion during the call whatsoever, and actually seemed above herself and pleased. No apology for the month long wait at all. | |||||||
