Highbridge medical centre our absolutely the worse GP service They have no compassion,consideration Empathy respect for people that are ill ?? they are not doing there job as GP for the community iv been waiting for them to sort out Me for 3 months and to this date am still waiting!!! this is NOT Acceptable | |||||||

Really need to introduce the app “ask my GP” it would help with appointment efficiency and medical consultations albeit a phone conversation with doctor! Present system of 8:30am phone contact simply isn’t sufficient for us modern day oldies…. Come get with it and keep up with your North Somerset medical neighbours. | |||||||

I joined Highbridge medical practice a few months ago after moving from Burnham medical practice, i wish I had joined sooner I have met 4 different receptionist's and found them all very nice and very helpful, also spoken to 2 doctors very nice it is true I haven't managed to have a face to face appointment but over the phone I've been satisfied,also as I've had Cancer for 5 years and a lot of Chemotherapy I have had to have weekly blood tests which I used to dread as I have small veins, Burnham Hospital could not get blood nor Burnham surgery so I had to go to Musgrove 1/12 hours earlier than my chemotherapy appointment because there were a couple of nurses there that could take my blood with no trouble, now I can go to Highbridge the day before and Helen gets my blood without me even feeling the needle she is so good.So yes I find Highbridge surgery excellent.
