Being a 38 year old man on the Autistic spectrum, While i have been a patient at this practice i have not received the adequate support for my mental health needs nor my physical. Whilst Bridgewater looked after me when i was suffering from hyperthyroidism the crown has not. They have left me to which my health has rapidly deteriorated. I am suffering from chronic back pains and sciatica which the gps and musgrove even put through however i haven't heard anything back despite dealing with the pain. Dr A lambert had put this down to my weight and after i complained she made a case for me to switch practices if i was unhappy with the service she provides. So in a nutshell this surgery is offering me zero support and i feel pointless and like i don't matter as a person.

I had a visit today. The doctor did not hear what I was saying and what I am asking for (recommendations from a neurologist). He wrote an unnecessary prescription and getting up from his chair, ended the visit, for which I waited a month in 5 minutes. It's time to look for another doctor who will take care of the patient.

if you want to get an appointment be prepared to be told by receptionist to go online.Of course this is an impossibility and they know that full well as you need to be registered.If you go back down the surgery and ask to be registered they will tell you they do not do online appointments. So you ask yourself what on earth is going on? I soppose this is their way of'getting rid of you' or 'batting you off'.sending you on your way.So failing to get antwhere i rang my local hospital and explained my difficulties getting past receptionists and they were quite appalled.The upshot of all this is i can not get past the firewall gestapo of receptioinists to get any sense at all and will now have to go to a and e to see or at least speak to a doctor. Floods of tears and a terrible experience,traumatic and a total let down!
