Only one criticism. In the upstairs waiting room the seating is not appropriate for people who need support to get up. I attended for a dressing change 2 weeks after a hip replacement and found the seating very inadequate. Apart from that no complaints.

I find this surgery to be very professional and yet caring and personable. I have been to a nurse for an NHS health check and she made it very easy - explaining every part of it and making me feel at ease. My doctor is always helpful and gives good advice on a range of health topics. Appointments are easy to make. Either I can make routine appointments in advance online and usually can be seen the following week. If I need an emergency appointment there are usually appointments on the day if you call first thing in the morning. Sometimes it takes a while to get through in the mornings because others are also calling but that is normal for a busy practice. I think it is a good balance to strike.

I have used this surgery for a number of years and can only say how wonderful they all are. Particular praise should be given to the Nurse Practitioner who has been with the surgery for a number of years and to the ECP chap, he's just lovely. The partners are intelligent, calm, and nice (always a surprise in today's world). The reception team are helpful. And though I've never seen them I can only presume the management team must be equally brilliant. Keep up the good work all of you.
