I’ve been a patient here for about six months and have had to see a doctor or nurse a couple of times since then. I can always get an appointment at a convenient time for me, and all the staff have been very helpful. When seeing the doctors, they have been very thorough and have addressed my concerns and worries well and i have received appropriate treatment or further investigation. I think this is a great surgery.

I have been a patient with Lydbrook practice for 8 years and am impressed with the courteous and professional commitment by doctors, nurses, pharmacists and admin staff alike. I have a number of minor health issues and am a regular patient. Despite my medical problems being at the lower end of the scale. I am always able to talk with a member of staff and in an emergency, am always offered an appointment. Since the practice has adopted a Triage system, it is actually easier to speak with someone by phone and I am never kept waiting long. In an ideal world it would be helpful to have appointments available in the evenings or weekends but with an ever decreasing NHS budget, I am very grateful for the care I receive.
