Long time answering telephone at 5.40pm then in a queue and when answered phone was immediately cut off.
Tried again at 5.45. 10 minutes ringing without ANY response and eventually got a "queue message". After another 14 minutes phone appeared to answer an immediately cut off.
Tried a third time - approx 6pm - answered immediately, put in a queue and promptly cut off. |

This is an altogether remarkably good surgery where I have been registered for over nine years and I consider myself really lucky that this is my surgery. The doctors, nurses, pharmacist, phlebotomists, therapists and particularly the receptionists are really quite excellent. It seems a harmonious and effective team.
Yes, sometimes you have to wait for an appointment for a few days but that should not be a surprise to anyone in Britain today.
One minor gripe is that at peak times it can be a bit tricky to park without impinging too much on the neighbors, but that would not be an easy fix.
The Systm Online app for iOS is (was? I have given up on it) terrible. But then I rather speak with the ever helpful pharmacists.
