I am supporting two elderly relatives who are both registered with the Avenue. I have worked with GP practices, both personally and professionally, for over 25 years and the time and sensitivity that this practice has shown, in very difficult and emotional circumstances, including possible dementia and end of life care, has just been exemplary. I really have never known anything like it.

The past year I have needed to go to the surgery quite often. I cannot praise two doctors in particular enough-getting appointments for me to see the appropriate consultants quickly. The receptionist are great to.

Recently, during march of 2017, I visited Cirencester, I must say, I am a foreign tourist, and ran out of my medicine, as I needed a prescription, and had it not being for the people in The Avenue, they helped me in a way that I know that they care for people, Everybody there was so kind, a plain thank you was not enough. That`s why I dare to write in my poor English, a BIG thank you to them all. Richard from Argentina
