Disgusted by this surgery. Have been attempting to speak to a GP reference my 84 year old Mother since Friday…. No call back received from Dr, as promised. Called back again Monday, to be advised to fill out an online assessment, attempted to this after working full time, and is now out of hours for the surgery, so unable to do this… poor care, poor communication and just a complete lack of understanding….. My mother is vomiting has not had her Bowels open for 7 days…… let’s hope she’s not in obstruction !!!! Disgusted

Phoned up for appointment to see doctor was told/ asked to fill in a form to speak to a doctor, I said I had not completed a form (this seems to be the way they are going none contact all electronic).Informed i could book a appointment without form filling and a doctor would contact me the next afternoon. Not heard anything so I phoned the surgery only to be told nothing had been booked and I need to fill in a form and a doctor would contact me within 48 hours. On the form it asks you what is wrong, if I knew that I would not need to see a Doctor. Is it me or is it harder to see a doctor now

Since this practice was taken over by Inspire it has become very difficult to see a dr. Myself and others have told me that when doing an online request one is given an appointment at least 7 days ahead. Seven days! Surely this is not right. One contacts the surgery because one feels ill or has symptoms they have not been able to manage. Does the surgery hope that the condition will have righted itself within 7 days? Of course that does happen but what about the patients who suffer dreadful pain or unbearable symptoms in the meantime. When I raised this question with reception staff I was told to contact 111. I am very disappointed in the lack of care now offered at the Park Surgery and hope that everybody complains until conditions improve. It is very frightening for older patients who now feel isolated from help.
