Had to ring up every morning and tried for 3 days trying to talk to a Doctor. I am working and for the first two days the doctor called when I was at work? The last day, no call back. I have now given up hope of every talking to a Doctor. This surgery is hiding behind the call back instead to provide a service to its patients. If I treated my clients like this surgery treated its patients, I wound not have any clients.

Every time you call for an appointment you can never get one on the day and get told to phone back the following day day which you just repeat the same cycle again. If you are lucky to get past the receptionists and get an appointment they generally are half an hour 40 minutes late getting you in. Before they were good since covid doesn't seem like they not have run surgery anymore
