The practice is excellent, better in my opinion since the merger and despite losing a doctor to retirement. Excellent service from polite and caring staff at all levels.

I am writing to say how fabulous a receptionist was with me yesterday on the phone. She was very professional, listened to me and also gave me information on why something had not been sorted by the Practice. She sorted the issue within a few hours, which she said at the outset of our conversation she would do. Please make sure she knows how valued she is, as often employees in the NHS only get spoken to when things have slipped up , not when they have gone over and above in their role. A real credit to Glenside Medical Centre Thank you
