We have had to visit the surgery twice in the last week. We had appointments with nurses on both occasions, they were very helpful and listened to what our concerns were and gave us useful, productive advice and ideas to try. They were both very knowledgeable.
Haldon house is definitely a surgery I would recommend, we haven’t ever had a problem trying to get an appointment and ALL the staff have been very friendly. | |||||||

I have to say that the admin staff and the Doctors at this surgery are first class. Always making time to listen to my problems, with patience and kindness. The building is fresh and full of useful information. I can highly recommend it. | |||||||

To many contradictions.different doctors giving out completely different advice.or not referring you to specialist as promised.they are more interested in numbers and targets. Putting cut backs first before health! Very disappointing. No confidence in this practice!!! Let me down big time!!!! | |||||||
