Do not even know where to begin. All in all terrible. The reception staff are unbelievably rude and unhelpful. Have only been with the surgery a short time and am looking to register at another surgery. Getting an appointment is like pulling teeth. Staff do whatever they can to make getting an appointment as difficult as possible and are completely unwilling to partake in any sort of act of hospitality in the slightest. If I could give zero stars I would. However on the upside the nurse is very pleasant, but she is the only saving grace of this place.

Always feel rushed and a burden when I finally get to the doctor every single appointment I have ever had has always been very late. No understanding or care whatsoever. I thought I had a miscarriage to which the doctor responded do you still feel pregnant! What a joke! Also wouldn't give me a scan as they said was aso waste of resources just do a pregnancy test in 3 days and if its positive you are still pregnant but it does sound like a miscarriage. Firstly I was obviously in distress and im not asking them to hold my hand but some sort if human response would have been nice. Also the information wasnt true, you can have a miscarriage and still get a positive pregnancy test for up to 2 weeks after as the hormones are still in your body. And I needed a scan, apart from for my own sanity if I had miscarried I needed to be checked that everything had gone otherwise it would need to be removed so not a waste of resources! I rang the pregnancy unit who said I did indeed need a scan and another doctor referred me. Luckily all was fine but this doctor did not help at all

This survey needs to be investigated by the ombudsman. Their lack of care and accountability is shocking!!!! Didn’t inform my daughter her repeat prescription wasn’t being filled. So when we went to collect it the day before she went back to uni they wouldn’t give her a prescription. They wouldn’t give her a doctors appointment either!!! So my daughter is off tomorrow without her meds. She was told to find a doctor at uni?! That won’t help her if she has an asthma attack tomorrow!!!!!!!
