The medical centre was at one time the best I had ever dealt with but now they should stop take a deep breath and look at thier failings. Yes the surgery is under presure like the rest of the NHS some areas worse than others which I can understand. I always had to have appointments every four to six weeks due to my medication and have regular blood tests until Covit arrived then it all stopped which I can appreciate however things have moved on and todate I have not been contacted by the surgery or my GP. The last time I spoke to my GP he/she were very unhelpful and very aggressive. I have not been invited to have any check ups as per the surgeries noteifiction that repeat perception patients should have one on thier birthday or as near as posible to that date. Other NHS staff have been and are horrified at the situation and in some cases have suggested ways of dealing with the situation I am in. I have tried to move to another surgery but they say they are unable to take me as it is a deal they have with Coleridge medical centre. Three years on from Covit it is still being used in some cases as an excuse which by now the record shold have been changed. I have no trust in the surgery or the senior staff.

This Surgery has been an upward struggle since joining early this year. Some doctors I’ve seen seem so laid back I’m not sure I’d trust them at all. Fortunately I do have a fabulous GP however it’s difficult to see her. When I do this doctor which is caring listens and gives the treatment that is needed at the time of your visit.10 stars for this Gp. I will not be going to this surgery if I had an alternative and I feel so awful that I’ve had to complain, however it’s the patients health that is important. Please try and make the patient feel they are not wasting your time,a smile might help. I would like to point out the Reception staff are very good. One doctor told me I had a throat problem didn’t even look in my throat,I could have had strep throat or pus stood up all through my diagnosis, then at the end said you can have some antibiotics as it’s gone on for a few days if you would like them, even when he told me it was viral.I tried to to be polite but really thought what a waste of time.No bedside manner whatsoever I’m sixty nine if I passed away this doctor I wouldn’t want to be telling my son I’d gone.Imm totally disgusted after having such a caring surgery before,
